HISTORY
We started as a joint venture with Vans Inc. in 1997, and we were the first to develop the action-sports industry in our region. Since then, we have expanded our portfolio with consistent and diverse brands, both international and local. We have also adapted to the changing needs and challenges of our customers and retailers, and we have created value for the brands we represent. Here is a brief overview of our journey:
From Pioneers to Leaders in
the Footwear, Apparel and Accessories Market.

1997
Launched as Vans Argentina SA, a joint venture between Vans Inc, Tavistock Group and José Piccardo for the distribution of footwear, apparel and accessories in Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay. Secured a ProTec distribution agreement for protection equipment.

2004
Secured a license agreement for Vans apparel, enabling local production with international quality suppliers.
Changed name to Trend Mill SA
after VF Group acquired Vans Inc.

2006
Expanded distribution of Vans footwear, apparel and accessories to Uruguay
and Paraguay territories.

2008
Signed a Diesel distribution agreement for footwear and accessories. Added action-sports license agreements for distribution and production of Globe and Dwindle Distribution brands.

2009
Signed Zoo York and Ecko Unlimited distribution and license agreement for apparel and accessories.

2010
Secured a license agreement for Zoo York footwear production and distribution with local design and development. Added Dwindle distribution agreement for skates and accessories (Enjoy, Cliché, SpeedDemons, Blind, Darkstar, Almost, Tensor and Superior brands). Also signed Helly Hansen apparel distribution.

2012
Skechers distribution agreement and focuses to sports channel.

Added Kelme football footwear
distribution, Etonic license
agreement for apparel and footwear.

2024
Launching Benetton apparel for our region.
